Laura's silver and gold jewellery is handmade using a range of contemporary and traditional jewellery making techniques. The main two techniques that are used throughout her core designs are reticulation and fusing.

These heat manipulating processes melt the surface of the silver, creating 'foil-like' patterns. The results are unique to each piece, making each one truly original, and it is this that inspires her work.

She has focused this year on expanding her successful Loop Collection to include exciting new pieces with a variety of functions and price points. This collection unites the eye catching reticulated textures on the surface of the silver with rich and illuminating 24ct gold foil using an ancient Korean techniques called Keum-boo. She has been experimenting with surface patterns and she is excited to be developing a limited edition expansion of this collection for Autumn 2011.
